Full automatic model of HZPU-600 series double metal polyurethane continuous production line for garage door consists of: combined motor, upper/down roll formers, high press PU injection machine, 200T hydraulic machine, auto fly saw cutting system. The working process is spraying liquid PU material into roll formed upper and down panel under high pressure, foam molding by PVC plastic double conveyor in the combined motor, fly saw cutting ad then putting out. The whole machine uses PLC automatic control system, from un-coiler, feeding to putting out. This continuous production line has the advantages of high level of automation, low level of labor input, simple structure, easy to use, low investment and fast economic return, enabling itself the top option in the building material industry.
